One V Salon Pro Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with One V Salon Pro. Please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a store credit only.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in its original resalable condition.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- You must provide satisfactory proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation, tax invoice, receipt, bank statement or credit card statement.
- The applicable return processing fee of $1.95 per item must be paid.
All approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as a Credit Note or Gift Voucher, which can be used to purchase an alternative item online or in-store.
We do not provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect purchases or unwanted items.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for items that are:
- Opened, used or damaged
- Not in original packaging
- Not in resalable condition
- Returned without proof of purchase
- Damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling or intentional damage
- Final sale items, unless faulty or incorrectly supplied
Items that do not meet our Returns Policy will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. One V Salon Pro is not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit before they are received by us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Once your return is approved and received, we will issue a Credit Note or Gift Voucher so you can place a new order.
If you need the replacement item urgently, we recommend purchasing the new item first. Your Credit Note will be issued once your returned item has been received and approved.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us before returning the item.
Please email contact@onevsalonpro.com or contact us through our website with your order number, proof of purchase and photos or videos showing the issue.
If your item is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault or was incorrectly supplied, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Please do not return faulty or incorrect items without contacting our Customer Care team first.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched, you may contact us to request an order cancellation.
If approved, a refund may be issued to your original payment method. We can provide a full refund minus transaction and processing fees we incur: Shopify Payments fee (2.95% + $0.30 USD)
Once an order has been processed, packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our standard Returns Policy.
Processing Time
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm whether it meets our Returns Policy.
Approved Credit Notes will be issued by email within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Credit Notes are issued by email in the form of a code and are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Afterpay Returns
Afterpay returns follow the same Returns Policy outlined above.
Please note that your agreement with Afterpay remains in place, and you may still be required to continue scheduled payments unless a refund is approved and processed.
How to Make a Return
Before sending your item back, please contact our Customer Service team through onevsalonpro.com or email contact@onevsalonpro.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please package your item securely to avoid damage during transit and include your proof of purchase or order number.
U.S. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude, waive, limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable U.S. federal, state or local consumer protection or warranty laws, including any applicable implied warranties. Your rights may vary from state to state.
Shipping Information
We ship orders by standard post unless otherwise selected at checkout. Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated during checkout.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 48–72 hours. During sale periods, holiday periods, weekends or other busy periods, dispatch may take longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time may vary depending on your shipping address and selected delivery method.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days after dispatch, please contact us at contact@onevsalonpro.com with your order number.
Delivery
Some parcels may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier may leave a calling card or redirect the parcel to a local collection point.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided by the customer, the order may be returned to One V Salon Pro. The customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
One V Salon Pro is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once tracking confirms that the order has been delivered.
Shipping delays caused by postal carriers, couriers, customs, weather events, peak periods or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of One V Salon Pro.
