Place a new order for the product/products and click collection at check out.

In notes write "Please combine with order number XXXX" Once done contact@onevsalonpro.com with the new order number.

Please send an email to contact@onevsalonpro.com with your Lash V email, the discount you are using and the products you are trying to order.

Discount codes cannot be used on top of products already discounted.

Click the pink crown icon button on the Lash V home page and log in to your account. 

If you don’t have an account, just use the email that you place your orders with to create one. 

Once logged in, click the pink crown button on the home page again. Here you will be able to see your points and you can redeem them once earning enough for a discount code.

Please send an email to contact@onevsalonpro.com including your One V Salon  email and order number. 

Please explain the issue whether an item is wrong or missing and the quantity.

Please include pictures / videos. 

Brow Tint will only tint the brow hairs. 

Brow Stains will stain both the brow hairs for 4-6 weeks and skin for 7-10 days.

Brow Stains are perfect to fill any gaps and give the appearance of a fuller brow.

Our Brow Stains WITHOUT Henna are safe and perfect to use with brow lamination. 

Brow Stains WITH Henna cannot be used with brow lamiantion. Brow lamination & Henna both involve a chemical process and when they are mixed together the brow hairs can become over-processed.

1. Always store your glue in a cold, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.
2. Store upright in a glue storage container.
3. Once opened the glue is exposed to moisture from the air so it is important to replace glue regularly.
4. Use nozzle wipes to clean nozzle after every use and ensure lid is secured tightly.

Promade Lashes are hand made fans and Premade Lashes are machine made fans.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchasing. All products being returned must be within their original packing and unused. 

Returns will be issued a Credit-Note once the returned items have been received and approved by our team.

Please allow 24 hours from ordering for your delivery to begin. Delivery times can be increased during busy periods such as Christmas and New Years.

Tracking information is included in the confirmation email you receive once your order has been processed and handed to the courier for delivery.

It can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to show an update. 

Promade Lashes are made of silk blended PBT material.

All other lashes are made of PBT material.

Our lashes are heat bonded.

Sometimes the case can crack in trasnit but it is still usable.

If your tray arrives broken and has damaged the lashes, please contact us at contact@onevsalonpro.com and provide images so we can resolve this.

The stains will stain the skin for up to 7-10 days.
The stains will stain the brow hair for 4-6 weeks.
