Shipping time does not include processing & dispatching time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same business day (AEST), but this may extend to 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday due to high volume of orders.

If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong one you can simply take advantage of our easy 30-day return policy and return it for a store credit.
Please email contact@onevsalonpro.com include tax invoice, pictures, and details. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
