**You must email or contact us within 48 hours when you receive the product and return the product to us in order to obtain the Money back guarantee.

If the adhesive isn't sticking well, please provide video evidence to show the application and we will review it. The product must be returned to us for testing and if we find it works well, it would not be eligible for Money back Guarantee. 

Please Note: We highly recommend Express delivery, to make sure the glue is not exposed to too much heat. No replacements will be offered if Standard delivery is used for delivery.

Processing Time Frames:

Shipping time does not include processing & dispatching time. Orders are typically processed and dispatched the same business day (AEST), but this may extend to 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday due to high volume of orders.
